Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him. — Genesis 5:24
I am a traveler, a travailer, a voice of one calling in the wilderness. I have wandered and suffered the famine and excess of the American wasteland since 1975. I am a Christian, a husband, a father, a saint. My interest is knowing God and the nature of reality. I don’t spend much energy on sports, mere intellectualism, politics, or religious niceties.
I love the Word of God, family, music, reading, writing, thinking, and staying close to my wife. We live life in the tides near the sprawling beaches of southern North Carolina.
I want to know truth and abide in it, even when it offends me or someone else. I want to be less than I am. I want to be more than I am.
“He must increase, but I must decrease.” — John the Baptist
