Went to Hawtof yesterday for routine followup. Cholesterol numbers have improved. Discussed running a half-marathon in April: doctor gave the go-ahead and said “If you’re destined for something to happen [meaning a heart event of some kind], you’ve done everything you could to prevent it.”
Ran the Loblolly in the afternoon: one circuit in 49 minutes. Tried to keep a faster pace throughout. I intended to lift weights in the evening but I felt pretty tired and snacked on oranges, popcorn and cereal all night.
